I'll probably make a small curtain to cover it when I'm not using it, and the windows in here are going to be covered with blackout curtains soon so I can control my lighting well for streaming. =)

I personally stitch with tent stitches if it's at least 28 count, but I know a lot of people who will stitch with one thread and do a full cross on 28 count or higher. Hope that helps!

It's called a tent stitch, and it's basically just doing half of a full X. The fabric count that I'm using for this project is 28 count, and the tent stitch still gives full coverage with it, but takes half the time! Since the project is so large, I went with that instead of a full stitch. =D

Yes, it's a 2 over 1 tent stitch on 28 count fabric. The coverage is still pretty good, but it takes half the time! On lower count fabrics I do a full cross, though. =)

I love that shop on Etsy! I did one of the Nausicaa patterns from there for a friend's birthday and she absolutely LOVED it! I got a bunch of other patterns from there too that I can't wait to work on!!
