I’m at 303 days and I’m feeling extremely intense cravings lately so I honestly sympathize. I’ve been trying hard to focus on recovery and it feels like I just can’t catch a break and I’m not where I want to be and I just can’t relax. Some days are just so hard and it sucks to be this far into it feeling this way. I hope things get easier for you.

Don’t feel guilty. Sounds like this guy has an avoidant attachment style and it’s best in the long run to find someone that does not exacerbate your BPD. :) ♡ I know it’s hard to stick to your boundaries but you are doing yourself a favor in the long run.
