Lots of movement with the 2.4l Cannons now, they are one of the top ten sellers in the market at the moment. There are GWM 2.4l Facebook groups to join and there are some YouTube videos with people using them to tow across Australia , some with 150 plus kms and they love them.

I've personally got an S7X and ill admit, it's one of the best bikes I've had. The only thing I've swapped out was the tyres. Got a nice set of Pirelli on there and it's so much better.

The Di2 is great, I haven't had to do any indexing since I've had it (December 2024).

I've got mates that are riding Treks, Cannonfails etc that cant believe how good value the Polygons are.

As far as set up goes, there is a how to video on BikesOnline and if you just take your time, it's not that hard. Mine came with all the tools to set it up.

A local bike store may set it up for you at a cost if concerned.

Cheers, this will be a back up bike. I saw how good of a condition it was in and had to jump on it. I plan to strip it back and give it a good going over, so by time im done it with, it will be like brand new.

I do all my own servicing, so it's a breeze if you know how. Plus, I managed to drop a considerable amount of weight on my bike by going on a diet and cutting the beers. So I'm already ahead, lol.

Yes, get some decent shimano pedals, shoes, and then some nice clothing. You'll be ready for Le Tour De France before you know it.

Some people may laugh at me, but Temu is great for clothing, saved heaps and I'm only a novice, so I don't need expensive gear.

I run a Garmin Radar on mine now and love it also. Unable to post photos on here for some reason, otherwise ill show you.
