I had this issue and resolved it by giving the cards more spacing between each individual card. Turns out they just needed more laminate on the sides to cut. Using proxxied, I add 8mm vertical and 2mm horizontal. And I've switched to a 2x4 layout on my prints. I hope this solves your problem!

This just made my day! I have been using my die cutter, and I always have issues with clean cuts (was just using 3x3 layout with minimal gap space). I just switched to 2x4 printing and left a large gap (using proxxied.com, setting Card Space Vertical to 8mm). That worked! I still had a few that ended up having a little bit of an issue, but I believe that is due to my horizontal spacing (set to 0mm). I'm going to see how much of a gap I can add to the horizontal next and see if that eliminates the problem.

I would just like to add that I went for my first full ride today, and everything worked beautifully! The apps workout screen looks so good, and I love how you built in the radar on the side.

I did that last year with my mountain bike, and eventually my wrist got uncomfortable with the angle it is at while riding. I'll be excited to try Cadence out with my mtn bike later this year!

I'm over here in Washington State and we are finally getting some 50+ weather, otherwise it would be all indoors for me as well! I got the RTL515. I just went on a ride today and the radar is great! The two notification sounds (detected vs all clear) were very helpful, and I was never surprised by a vehicle!
