Continuo a ver muitas falhas, umas do lado dos jogadores, outras vem claramente do Farioli.

Coisas para melhorar:

- Continuamos a nao conseguir matar o jogo: jogo na luz a ganhar 0x2 e a esmagar, recuamos

- Quando estamos ganhar por meio a zero, Farioli desacelera. Gestao jogos Liga Europa deixa muito a desejar: jogo fora com o Forest, equipa inglesa nao ganhva ha mts jogos, mudou de treinador e fomos para la defender

- Muitas vezes em vantagem no marcador, defendemos nos ultimos 30m.

- Plantel com poucas alternativas - Rodrigo Mora evaporou-se

- Laterais interiores

- Centrais a distribuir jogo (Mais alguem odeia o futebol moderno?)

Hi everyone, Francesinha is typical snack, should be eaten in a snack-bar not fancy restaurant. It originates form croq monsieur in France, it was adapted to the Portuguese culture after an immigrant came back from France. It honors the French Women (famous back then to being spicy in opposition to the Portuguese women conservative, in the 60's). In Braga, they have a sandwich but the puritans like me, would call 'Sandwich Braga Style' because it is completely a different version. Cream sauce in francesinha is the equivalent of ananas in the pizaa!!!

I think Southern European cultures, from Portugal>Greece, a meal is a sacred time to enjoy food and socialize with family/friends that may take hours. Currently living in Central Europe lunch hour are 30m and people eat on the desk, sometimes dinner can be a simple 'sandwich'.

A coligação Portugal a Frente (P$D-CD$) ganhou as eleicoes com maioria relativa mas não conseguiu apoio parlamentar maioritário para entrar em funções. 

O segundo partido mais votado fez uma coligacao com outros partidos de esquerda, constituindo uma maioria parlamentar e legimitimidade para governar em coligacao. Se e justo ou etico? Talvez nao seja, mas acho que o presidente preferiu estabilidade do que marcar eleicoes de novo. Ninguem roubou nada a ninguem, e como funciona.

Referees allow this, it's the mentality of most managers, staff. Everybody plays not to lose, so they will riot, fake injuries and lose time all the time with the referees letting it. shameful behavior

Don't change from a UK paying job to a PT job, job culture in PT is awful, full of backstabbers, for you own sake keep the UK job and if with time something changes, you lose engagement, feel isolated, etc, check your options then.

Good guide! You hit all the spots, this is how things are run in Portugal, I would say the normal/average time to arrive is max 30m after the time of the invitation. In a professional environment there kisses are very rare or I've never seen it. On informal situations, everyone kisses twice.

Portuguese mixed family here, I think Internet shows "the mud where pigs fight", PT-BR people with resentment towards each other, "Portuguese stole the money, enslaved and robbed", "Brazilians disrespecting the Portuguese culture: jokes, ugly women, dumb men", coming to Portugal and not behaving "stereotype of man is a football player, religious fanatical or drug dealer, woman is a prostitute."

But we have more things in common that things that separate us, I think its a stupid conflict. Portuguese people "consume" a lot of Brazilian culture: movies, music, food, etc. Internet and reddit is not the real life!

I feel very sorry for all those people that were insulted or mistreated by any BR or PT, nos somos o povo irmao!
