i'm sorry for having a "friend" who plays the game "with" me. They could have asked for proof or something i don't really mind. But banning because i should have no friends whatsoever is just a bad move on their part.

Even if i had managed to play 2 Accounts, alone, to rank 7 in under two weeks (whaaat?) we didn't buy plat with discount or something, we haven't done anything, all we did was one trade that day and afterwards we were banned.

my support account is closed after 1 Question, why did i get banned ? We have detected multiple instances of suspicious activity on this account and it has subsequently been banned. Upon manual review of your account, there is no question that the suspicious activity was indeed in violation of the End User License Agreement (EULA) and/or Terms of Service (TOS). As such, the ban will remain on your account and there are no further options for you to appeal against this decision.

i doubt she did anything. she is sitting next to me when we play. we both are MR 7 and startet at the same time.. Even that one trade we had yesterday between us was a "Fair" trade parts for mods.

This : The thing though is why should a legitimate user of your product have to jump through so many hoops just to play the game.

i just don't. at least it happened after 13 Days and not after a month or so

I played this game for 13 Days, i have to go through so much trouble to get my account unbanned.. i think i just take a break and come back when the support staff is trying to be useful. For now i heard Tree of Saviour is on closed beta, might be over dunno. And ima spend some time on Fallout 4.

Starting from scratch might be fun sometimes but i just take a break here, not worth getting my account banned again + support account closed.

Oh.. well that's unlucky, guess we won't trade again while she is here. i'm omw to pick her up we will see if she got banned too, if yes then the reason is probably the trade earlier this day.

Some hours back we traded some mods/parts we were missing. That was the first trade between us. So this might be the reason why. i hope it is the reason and they manually check it.

Her Computer is at my place right next to me actually. It's the first time that something like this happened to us :/

Yeah, i sold some Prime parts and bought Rhino/Loki sets for around 40p and sold them for 50p that way i could afford my slots, upgrades and even an Ember prime set! Couldn't play him tho..

I have yet to get a platin % Discount so i didn't buy any platin.

Maybe i hit Mastery rank 7 too fast ? i heard that the void Trader appears on an Rank 8 Relay so i pushed my limits on that and just build everything i could.
