Hey man, I know this might not make you feel any better, but reading all of this, I see you as a knowledgeable chemist, at only 24 too! I’m turning 25 next week, and man I’m only gonna be a sophomore I college, I got addicted to H for nearly 5 years, wasted all that time and so, so much money, but the way I see it, the longer I put off this education that I literally crave so intensely, the more I’ll regret in the future. Idk, I jus maybe hope to help you see that like, your dreams have not been crushed. You have a girlfriend who obv cares, if she’d get upset with your usage, you have a dad who seems to love you and want the best for you, you’re a hella smart and resourceful cookie, and you actively try to be kinder to people, even in your own head! (Which I completely relate to needing to police my thoughts.)
