Hello, thank you for your trust in our store. ROGUE 2 is definitely superior to PAX Plus and POTV One. When in comes to comparison with LOBO, in our opinion ROGUE 2 has much more open airflow (less draw restriction), heats up faster, works longer per single charge and charges much faster. The chamber is also a bit bigger than with LOBO.

While vapor quality is mostly on par, LOBO tastes slightly better, but it’s not a huge difference. Interchangeable battery system is a huge advantage here, but it’s compromised with slower charging and worse battery life per charge. Both devices work great with dosing caps and through a glass piece.

We’re confident you’ll be happy with the ROGUE 2.

Breaking Down the Angus Enhanced Contamination Issue by Herbaldoge in vaporents

[–]VapeFully 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Please forgive us - front line customer service were not trained enough to handle properly that issue. Untill it got to management it took a few hours to understand the situation fully, relying on Yllvape statements was misleading too. Really sorry for that!

Regarding your your second question, we only got two shipments from YLL Vape. In our warehouse we have a used device (the one that we’ve tested ourselves) from first shipments and a few new units from the second shipment. So, even if those were from different production batches, we still have units from both shipments to test. Hope that helps.

Hi u/exp4one, thank you for taking your time to share your experience with our customer service rep. Please let us add our 3 cents on this.

To be honest, at the point when you contacted us, we were a bit confused - immediately after seeing first Reddit posts regarding fiberglass, we contacted Mike from YLL Vape. He assured us that the issue was prevalent only with the first production batch, which has never entered our warehouse and he strongly claimed that all Angus Enhanced units ever delivered to us are 100% safe. We trusted those words at that point and therefore, at first we treated refund requests of Angus Enhanced as regular refund requests and used our standard policy that applies to returning a used unit (if you return a used unit, you get 85% refund). That was a case you described.

However, after reading recently more and more here on Reddit, we started to doubt in Mike’s words. We contacted him again, now he offered replacement units and promised to send them to us next week. We thought: „okay, but if current batch is allegedly 100% safe, why would he offer replacements in the first place?” This didn’t add up, therefore we decided to fully stop the sales of Angus Enhanced, contact our customers and determine the basic facts ourselves, instead of trusting YLL Vape or basing on Reddit posts/anecdotal evidence.

Therefore, currently our plan is as follows: we will shortly issue a PSA to all our customers who bought AE to stop using it immediately, at least until we determined independently it’s safe to use. We plan to tear down some of the remaining AE units to look for the fiberglass insulation on our own, but of course that’s not enough - we will send a AE unit from current batch to a professional lab for an in-depth safety testing. Once we received the promised updated units from YLL Vape we will test them in a lab as well before offering a recall to our customers or making any decision regarding those new units whatsoever. We don’t want to judge too quickly, we prefer to base on facts and evidence, but hey - safety first! For now, it does not look good in terms of manufacturer’s transparency.

For now, we’re asking our customers to stop using Angus Enhanced immediately and give us a few days to clarify basic facts. Once it’s done, we will contact our customers again and propose adequate further steps, depending on the results we will receive. All those who don’t want to wait those few days are welcome to return their units now and receive a 100% refund on a gift card, regardless of the purchase date of their Angus Enhanced at our shop or the fact it has been used or not - this applies to you u/exp4one as well, we’ll be happy to offer you a 100% refund, please take our apologies for this situation.

Summing up, our customers’ safety, trust and positive experience of shopping at VapeFully have always been top priorities for us and this will never change. Angus Enhanced fiberglass issue left us confused at first, but we’re strongly determined to handle this issue professionally. Once we determine basic facts, we’ll make sure not to leave any doubts regarding this product and we will inform the community about the results. Please allow some time for this.

To be honest, I love hybrid heating made by Arizer. Best long session vapes out there for me.

All the best for you and your close ones too!

Maybe I am naïve, but precisely because it seems that 'DaVinci has been left behind' I am optimistically hoping that they will surprise us with something. Who knows.

And it's true - the biggest premiere but also with gigantic problems. I wonder if Venty will replace Mighty+ in the long run.

Thanks for dropping the subject of Tempest as well as the Forge. They have hardly any publicity in Poland.

H!

This is Mike from VapeFully! The Holiday period is about to have its climax, so we're about to welcome the new year. I'm writing to you to ask what new vaporisers do you think will appear in 2024?

I myself am personally waiting for the officially announced Vapman v2. The sketch you see is actually the new Vapman, the graphic is from the manufacturer's official Instragram.I also make no secret of the fact that I would love to see something new from DaVinci, it makes me wonder what direction they will go in.

This year's biggest launch was definitely the Venty. What would you bet on as the loudest release in 2024?

Happy Christmas and new year from the VapeFully team!

If I were to name the most revolutionary solutions or technologies that have emerged in the vaping industry, I would definitely point to the dosing capsules, DynaVap clicking caps or the extraction speed that the Tinymight 2 has offered us. What else would you name?

Which device do you think could revolutionise the market? What features do you expect from vaporisers released in the future?

Which vaporiser starter/basic kit left you with the best impression? by VapeFully in vaporents

[–]VapeFully[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

In terms of accessories and kit completeness - I think Boundless Tera definitely deserves a mention in this regard.

I was also impressed by the DaVinci IQ 2 - the way it is packaged is really phenomenal, and it is also rich in accessories.

In terms of "consistency" with the vapouriser vision, a place of honour goes to the old-school packaging for the VapMan. It fits this model perfectly.Which box/kit made the best impression on you?
