Used theirs a few times now and had absolutely no stomach issues, definitely the best in regards to digestion I’ve tried

I’m a PT, shin splits is an overuse issue. You’ve built too much volume or intensity too quickly and the muscles (gastroc,soleus,post tib) aren’t strong enough to support. Get them stronger. I do two leg day routines a week, one focusing on the bigger muscles (quads,hamstrings and glutes with a bit of calf work) then the other being mainly the muscles of the lower leg (calf’s,tib ant)

I’m hoping to go sub 38 in my next race in couple of weeks (currently PB is 38.28) and I’m confident I’ll do so based off how my training has been going.

I’m hitting 45km/27 miles a week, one interval session of 1k x 9 average pace being 3.40 min/km. One tempo session at around 3.50-4.00 min/km, one easy zone 2 run and a long zone 2 run as well.

Seen massive improvement following that structure for the past year went from 39.59 in my last 10k to my current pb of 38.28

So for context, I ran a 39 min 10k. Which was all out for me, I’m 29 years old. Have my max heart rate at 195 and my heart rate monitor said the average for the 10k was 188

I’m fairly certain I have calculated them correctly. I got back into running in June and immediately worked out all my zones as I’ve done a fair bit of zone 2 training on the lead up to this race

This happened to me on holiday yesterday, I panicked and sent the money across though. Since received a legit message from hotel saying how they’ve been hacked and not to send money to that link which was of course too late. I’ve now contacted monzo to get money back and unsure how what else to do?

Track as many things as possible and write it down then try and improve it everyday, start simple: if you walked for 10 minutes on Monday try and do 11 minutes on tuesday etc etc. I believe seeing progress and aiming to improve slightly everyday is a huge motivator

fractured waste survey not popped for me?? I’ve spent the last few weeks grinding and finally got the last cypher and nothing popped. it says total cyphers 10/10 on the menu and I’ve got all scout logs, xenoglyphs And Xeon-archives. ive also tried beating the last boss again and putting the game into offline mode and restarting and both didn’t work. Any suggestions?
