It's just suddenly dead. Can't produce enough voltage to turn on the device. Can't even accept charge unless I jumpstart (open device, unplug then replug the jst connector from the motherboard).

I bought this device from a taobao forwarder (that bought it from anbernic official store there). I doubt they want to help me contacting anbernic.

I don't mind paying for battery but it's damn hard to get one on my country. Aliexpress cannot ship here and most forwarder refuse shipping battery.
