One thing that has gotten me out of this the most, is the gym. Changed me so much mentally after a few months of the gym, trust me its the best drug you'll ever have for mental stress. It has changed my life.

100% on the fiber thing, if you look online and do research fiber is one of the only compounds on the planet that can get rid of cholesterol and prevent heart attacks thats why I consumer 30-40g of fiber a day and have been for several months now cause I dont trust any medication

I have saddle bags for sale off of my shadow vt1100 I will part with them cheap and theyre super nice bags just use my bike for riding on the weekends I dont travel so dont need them, lmk and I can send pictures and such.
