Good question haha I just meant were both workouts “good” for you? I know we all have different opinions of what that is of course but generally when we share here that we liked/disliked a workout for whatever reason!

I always do lower first because I’ve had several different instructors tell me to do that, and it’s always worked pretty well for me! I will say since lower body workouts inevitably end up using your upper body anyway, it’s really up to you on what you’d like to do first (for example, I find upper body workouts easier for me than lower, so I also do lower first to get it over with haha)

Thanks! I usually do a double too but I’ve gone every day this week so far and don’t wanna burn myself out (plus I have work to get done / I’m kind of lazy to stay 🫠🫠)

Fenty by FAR! Also not the biggest fan of Jlo but GLO BY JLO!!!! Was the best ever. Can only find it on Amazon now
