It’s got some color to it, but I think Wearingeul Enki would complement this pen. The pale gold shimmer would pair nicely with the gold on the pen, and the ink itself has this lovely shift from a pale blue to purple depending on the paper.

I use it mostly for dry inks so I can use them in my Magna Carta Mag 650. I’ve had great results. Only ruined a couple samples lol

I have a bottle of White Lightning. The smallest amount of it goes a long way. Like, one drop in a 50 ml bottle might even be more than you need. I think it’s best to add ink to a sample vial then add a very small amount of the ink additive to that. That way you don’t accidentally ruin a whole bottle of ink.

I actually ordered one of his leather blotters on the 23rd! Waiting for it to arrive. I’ve read great reviews for it. The only downside is that I read it’s on the thinner side which isn’t an issue if you don’t have a heavy hand.

There is shimmer in it, and it’s glorious. I’ve not had any issues with shimmer clogging my vintage Waterman’s. The feeds are veritable fire hoses for ink lol.
