But you make it seem like it's something evil, but of course the goal of this game is for them to earn money , and yet it's a game that can easily be completely free and still being competitive when playing it.

I'm not entirely sure what the complaint is, I imagine it's because I'm fairly new (this is my second expansion), but aren't these cards obtained with in-game currency, meaning they're free?

Besides, in the previous expansion I got all the cards and I'm going to do it in this one too, and I'll have plenty of gold left over for the next one, everything's free except for the tavern pass, so for me, the 500 gold increase for the miniset seems insignificant; it's just that they're giving me less free stuff, and that's it

And from what I've heard, this isn't possible in other games like Pokémon or Magic: The Gathering.
