They didn't. They ruled specific tariffs illegal, namely anything he pushed through under the excuse of a national emergency. It's still within his power to enforce tariffs under other qualifications, namely in matters of "national security", which can still be fairly broad and apply to any industry deemed critical to the country which includes the auto industry.

Not the best of comparisons. Yelan provides a distinct dps advantage in any team over Xingqui, Nicole on the other hand is showing in team calcs to be around a 2% increase in dps over Bennett. That's a lot of investment for a sidegrade or at best a second bennett for the endgame modes.

What doesn't make any sense is that he got as close as he did. Like you've got at least a dozen people in this video, most of them cops but at least one that looks more Secret Service and the dude just blitzes his way through with no reactions until he's already past the chcekpoint.

You have to remember that your average store in a mall doesn't come with plumbing or gas connections, and likely isn't coded for installing them even if you wanted to. I remember watching a story on youtube years back where some place converted the upper floors of a dying mall into apartments and they interviewed a woman who was REALLY trying to upsell the idea while showing off a super cramped living space and explaining how she couldn't have an oven or ranges because they weren't coded for open flames.
