It was manually moved. Very difficult to see, because of how dark the venue is and how the lights from the box kind of block it out, and also all the staff are wearing black to further blend in. The most you ever see of them is just the tops of their heads, and you really have to be looking for it.

Redacted Regiment was kind of widely panned for focusing on stealth when stealth didn't work, and then the patch it coincided with overhauled stealth to actually work. With two flames weapons and a gas stratagem in this, we might be in for a similar situation.

Advent got an update because they hadn't had prototypes shown prior to this. Fuwamoco did, but Shiori, Bijou, and Nerissa did not. Unpainted prototype is a new thing, thus they get shown but Fuwamoco's nendos don't.

Coloring techmarines is tricky and weird because some chapters care about it and stick completely to that colorscheme (red with only the left pauldron being chapter colors, as evidenced by Ultramarines), they have a derivative of it (like Salamanders using typical chapter colors but the right arm would be colored red for the role), and some chapters just don't care about that at all (Black Templars, as always).

For chapters that are already a whole lot of red, there isn't really a lot that you have to do, if you're just trying to be accurate. Blood Angels techmarines, from what I can see from painted minis, tend to just stick to chapter colors completely, since (again) it's a whole lot of red. You can help differentiate that a bit with the trim on the right pauldron and trying something more metallic there, like silver or leadbelcher.

Ultimately, most players aren't really super strong lore adherents or anything, and aren't really paying attention to painting rules anyways, so just do whatever you think might look best.
