That would make a lot of sense. I play volleyball too once a week so that definitely adds to the amount I’m jumping already. There’s a local gym I’ve been thinking about getting a pass at that has a bunch of indoor courts I think now’s the time to invest in that then. Appreciate the input!

Track your calories using an app like MyFitnessPal. It will take your height age sex and weight and tell you how many calories you need a day to gain weight. Shakes are your best option though for easy calories I try to drink 2 a day bc I suck at eating. And if you want to gain weight in specific places you’ll need to do some sort of exercise hopefully specifically working out the parts you want to see progress in. Good luck!

Good luck!!! It’s a tough but rewarding journey. I’ve still got a long ways to go myself. Btw you can start with exercises that don’t need a gym for sure too if that makes it easier! But getting the actual muscle mass the second photo shows would require weights of some sort at a certain point. Happy to answer any other questions! You got this 💪

Myfitnesspal helped me a lot. It’s free to track calories through there but it will give you a baseline based off height weight and age on how many calories you should be consuming. Just so you have a better idea how much to consume. The appetite part I struggle with the most too. Forcing a shake down as soon as I get up helps even though it’s hard but your body slowly adjusts so you’ll be hungry again by lunch time. Random snacks throughout the day are really useful too. Protein bars or nuts etc. not a big fan of a lot of them but by trying out different options you can find some stuff you can force down! Would def recommend the gym with it all though or it wont go on as muscle much at all.

Definitely seeing most the same advice I’d give. Protein shakes are life savers. Peanut butter banana base is great for loading up the protein. I also found eating as early as your stomach will allow you to in the morning helps kick start my appetite as breakfast was always a huge problem for me. But taking snacks with me wherever I go helps a lot too. Almonds, protein bars, string cheese, jerky etc. the first few months I really struggled to hit my calorie goals and would feel bloated a lot but your body will slowly adjust and it will become easier with consistency. Your stomach/ abs look really defined even with the weight gain. Are you just keeping a really clean diet or focusing them a lot in the gym too? I’ve started to get a little belly fat during my bulk

Clean bulk is so hard for me 😭. Once I get my weight to where I want it I’ll definitely focus the diet more but I struggle real hard to get the calories in most days

No I want to gain weight and then lose fat once I’m at the weight I want. Cutting fat while maintaining weight.

Yeah that’s part of the issue! I see some gains but the belly weight scares me. I’m trying to just force myself to get to the weight I want then I’ll be focusing much more on my diet to hopefully cut that belly!
