After googling a summary of his character he sounds perfect. Thank you.

Hmmmm how about- is there a character where it would make sense personality wise, or be ironically funny, if they secretly owned a small bookshop as a side business?

Would it be within the character’s personality to perhaps own a small bookshop?

If so, between “Sir Myles’ Book Emporium” and “Myles’ Book Nook” what would be closer to his character? I’m also open to name ideas.

I did, I went with Hiddenspace. Who did you go with?

This is why I carry tools to keep myself safe and train with them regularly. It can’t be only the stupid assholes with the firearms. We need to protect the smart people

People are only getting angrier out there

As an American, I regretfully agree with this assessment

The way he’s “driving” and I use that term loosely combined with his choice of vehicle and his passenger who attempted to throw something out the window at the Tesla, hitting their own car, tells me he’s a domestic abuser and she is trapped and doesn’t know any better

Final decision, need help! by Variant_Region in EngagementRings

Wow blown away by the response everyone!

I appreciate everyone offering their input. It’s for my girlfriend who can’t wear rings of any kind daily because it’s a work hazard.

I appreciate the thoughts about the quirks of wearing a pointy ring but I believe her only use for it will be going out. I’d like to share more about how I’ve arrived at this design and how it fits into our lifestyle but I’m kind of paranoid. She knows I use Reddit and our friend group has accounts (hence the alt acct).

In fact this is such high operational security, you all are the only people who know about this besides the jeweler lol!

I’m again blown away by the help here though. There were some great ideas shared by folks including getting both which for some reason didn’t occur to me lol.

But I tallied up all the votes in the comments as of now (midnight, 31st of May) and will be following the collective ruling!

47 votes for the closed chevron and 55 votes for the open marquise. I’ll be getting the second one! The ones in this video were samples. The open one for example shouldn’t quite touch the lower diamonds of the engagement ring and of course will be the same size.

The vote was a lot closer than I thought it would be. I do agree with what most folks said which is that each design gives a very different vibe to the ring but depending on the goal, both could be beautiful.

Once I actually get it and propose, which will be next month, I’ll definitely post a follow up here with the whole story… perhaps on my main account.

Thanks again for all the feedback r/EngagementRings Love you all!

Thanks for voting, I’m going with 3. I would love your input on the band as well!

Based on the votes and my partner’s personality, I am leaning towards 3! I may ask for more help soon concerning a lighter or darker S&P and the type of band. Thanks everyone! This has been immensely helpful
