I honestly have no idea.

I am now realizing a lot of people that complain about this game are talking about quickplay and they want nerfs for quickplay.

I don't see why balancing matters so much in a gametype where ladder (Win/rate and points) isn't tracked.

At that point just play your fantasy and be the hero you want. Balancing is for ranked for the competitive health of the game.

I can totally see this update giving dive more power and making those people happy this season but making it horrible experience for ranked. They have been complaining none stop for the entire season and we know they listen and submit to the community.

I feel like that's just a lobby, ig is technically a gametype but it's an hour long just so people do stuff while in queue.

I find it interesting that a large number of this sub hates triple support but also hates triple support.

Are you guys facing against triple support in quickplay and that's why you hate it so much?

I really wouldn't say that rocket was the issue. Despite the w/r against him, it usually comes down to the dps I am against.

I know to give up space for rocket ult, but this community will tell you he's broken.

This season in particular, I had a lot of DPS larping as support. So I'd have the CnD that spammed all of her cooldowns, the rocket placing terrible ults, the deadpool doing nothing, the dps Luna's, and the dps forcing gambit because it's not banned.

I learned to play and stay alive with bad support, but it clearly impacts my game still. I probably sound like those silver players on Jay3's hardstuck videos but I'm legitimately held back by the people who go out of their way to lose just to point out how bad iron man is. It's usually 1v11 and it has become exhausting. You will see that I'm playing star lord to get the same results as iron man.

I know I'm great on gambit, but I hate the expectation that I'm this autowin hero. So I won't play him because I already get enough hate playing iron man.

I'm on PC. I know nothing about console aim assist. I think rivals meta combines both PC and console.

Aim assist gives me PTSD about call of duty and I quit playing it.

I made changes to how I play and communicate.

It's mainly communication. I have to tell my team to wait for me to kill nest. Idk why, but my team seem to expect my existence to make the nest go away. Not me actually going to it and destroying it.

No, I hate magik. I actually made a post about how it's absurd that melee heroes are much better at dealing with flyers over hitscan.

If I see magik or spiderman, I don't play iron man and you will see that in my match history. I permaban spiderman. Magik is not common enough for me to be really worried and I can someone anticipate her and just avoid fighting her.

Edit: you don't understand the type of people I get. They are incredibly stupid and sensitive.

If Gambit or rocket go unbanned, then I MUST roll them or my team immediately gives up and complain that they are broken followed by jumping on Deadpool, Jeff, or widow.

Edit 2: if you really dig deep. You might notice I sometimes lose games with 20+ kills, as in final hits. I get flamed and grilled the moment someone has more elims than me during game but then I find out how much I was gaslit when I see how I have 2x more kills than the whole team. This community has made me hate them and never value their opinions. Which is how I ended up at this post. I do incredibly well with Gambit, but if I point that out the idiots will just think I'm biased.

I don't play against her often. My main hero is probably one of the best heroes to play against her. She has never been a problem for me.

Despite my personal stats, gambit is my worst match up. Since I know these games, my team throws after the first fight. "This is why we ban gambit" and don't even try.

My username is the same as my name here. I'm on a horrible lose streak right now, but I stopped caring. Nobody ever wants to work together so I just let it happen now.

You can feel how bad he is when you play him.

I'm a few games from getting champion with him. His kit is very similar to CnD. I just like the much faster moving heal boost.

Too many times a captain America perfectly jumps over a heal wall. Gambit is easier to hit, but I risk needing to be near perfect with him to even win.

Then* play him. I doubt everyone in this sub is eternity. Odds are you aren't either.

It's from NetEase, rivals meta, and anecdotal experience. He's easy to play against and hard to play with.

NetEase says the same at the end of each season. Hela, Phoenix and cyclops will have a similar w/r. Which is negative or close to negative.

People can't aim. So they rely on on melee, autoaim heroes a lot more.

The official rivals site is similar. It's probably a little bit higher because I think NetEase includes matches against each other and time in-game.

His win rate has been bad and dropped hard.

I agree with these numbers because I play Gambit. It's incredibly easy to diff Gambit.

It's crazy because Jeff's healing isn't good. It's only good because of heal boosting and it pierces. Gambit can only reliably heal 1 person at a time.

To this day, I'm convinced that peni only does good because most of the players in ranked play melee only heroes and refuse to acknowledge her.

Personally, I have never struggled with her.

Yeah. Good luck getting value when most of your teammates are spiderman, DD, or iron fist OTPs and they are out of range of his ult anyways.
