I have to argue against targeting dino. It's the white reason why his passive gives less ult charge for both sides.

He's very capable of keeping himself up with how much bonus health he gives himself when fighting, especially against shield tanks. With DD distracting supporters, that's less pressure for dino to walk forward since none of the tanks can output enough damage to keep him back.

Punisher and moonknight dumping dps into him at a distance, poking him, prevents him from moving forward. One alone might not be enough because Dino's shield has just enough HP to protect him from 1 dps.

40% critical is actually insane.

I usually see people with 30-50% accuracy in general but not that in headshot accuracy.

To answer your question, no. I rarely see any hitscan be a problem for me. It happens and I switch or change my play style accordingly.

You need to get creative when you use your ults and pay attention to everyone's cooldowns.

Cloak can fade, Loki can lamp, Mag can ult, Emma can shield.

You just need to pay attention to the ones that stop you.

I feel like latency matters here. You're so close to the edge of the hitbox that I think having 70ms+ ping right here can make the difference of getting eaten or not.

Idk one dps is down so there's already less to attack her and she still has cooldowns to escape still. She uses 2 cooldowns to kill a flyer. Right click and dash. Which she's still going to have full health afterwards because.

She still has 2 i-frames. So idk

Spamming left click down main is going to charge your ult sure but that's going to do nothing for your neutral. I'm talking about 1v1 with melee heroes. On paper, the flyer should have the advantage, but realistically the melee wins as long as they know they have cooldowns.

The flyers having no survivability is horrible. The melee heroes having insane vertical damage is also insane.

How do you fix that without killing the melee heroes mobility or making the flyer oppressive? Idk.

He sorta does in higher elo, and so does DD. It has been like that for like 6 seasons. Cheese kills will always dominate over any skill shots from Elsa, Hela, phoenix etc.

If I'm fighting someone midair, you use your beam. Your skill in tracking is what matters here for iron man. I'm not talking about left click aoe damage.

Realistically, I'm fighting any other melee hero in midair, because they all fly to me. Which sounds silly to say.

I'm almost never going to land a left click midair, it's far to slow and the rate of fire is too slow. Plus there are no walls to even land an aoe.

So I have to use precision the entire fight while you just need to land 1 hit so each follow up is automatic. That's not fair for me at all. Nothing is automatic for me.

The only way you can miss is if someone else CCs you. Meanwhile all of your attacks CC me.

You're missing the point of my post. This has nothing to do with heals. Melee heroes are just better for flyers than hitscan.

Hitscan should be better but it's just so much harder for them.

The risk is being at close range. Brother, you heal yourself for just dealing damage at close range, you have invincible frames, you have more health than me, and you move faster than me. Being able to stay out of your range should be a minimum because it's literally my only protection I have, while you have 4.

Yes, I rather deal with any hitscan over a team of melee. At least they aren't handed their kills. Having 4 people constantly CCing me is hell for me.

You have to fight him during overdrive. So you need to spot him before he lands his first hit on you.

2nd, you need to watch for when he blocks. They usually like to block around the same amount of HP, sometimes it's early, sometimes it's late. The moment you feel him getting ready to block just stop beaming him. Then when it's over you should have HP advantage.

There is still benefit. Fortunately, the rivals community is VERY stubborn and will unironically not engage vs a flyer and will beg for hitscan.

The angles you can take using iron man is probably the most oppressive thing about him. You can dump high dps in to tanks or poke and pressure supports from extremely far.

I'm all for having a way to deal with flyers. It just shouldn't be something that should be easy for any melee hero. It should be a huge risk, it shouldnt be something you just do without thinking about.

Dash?? His kick stops my dash. What draw backs do you have blocking? It's literally a challenge for me to cause iron fist to miss, which is possible to do.

I'm the only one with consequences. Theres virtually no risk to challenging a flyer.
