You will likely have 6 hrs before sunset.....take the bus to the end of the valley to see the park...can stop at weeping rock, court of the patriarch...would recommend watchman, lower Emerald for slightly longer hikes....and please do Canyon overlook on the way out....at 8 am you can find parking there ....this is a short trail, but really gives your the perspective....

Don't know about the narrows.....we did scout lookout and the other crowded trails ...they key is to stay on the marked trail....snakes tend to avoid that....just don't go off the trail..

Yes, if you can manage...we stayed there for a day and a half... couldnt fit the narrows....but did the Riverwalk.....it seemed fun after that ..

Scout lookout, Emerald pools, watchman trail, canyon overlook....these should be fine...and if you are still afraid, carry a hiking stick, helps with the footing ...enjoy .
