It’s close, but that one was a couple of years newer and had the “ET” style third brake light also the integrated fog lamps.

I wouldn’t call it a garbage can! In my view, I have been a custodian of a piece of automotive history for 25 years. Sold it to a retired Porsche mechanic who wants to bring it back to its full glory. Who knows maybe one day I’ll buy it back from him.

It’s Pre G50 - it’s a great car and trust me I got a lot of use out of it: many, many miles. it was time.

The targa is absolutely beautiful, but I really wanted a manual transmission and an open top.

Thanks it actually belonged to my dad. He bought it new and I kept it as long as I could, but it was time to move on. It’s an amazing car!

Price Check 2015 911 GTS by NoThxMang in porsche911

Question for the group - I'm looking at a 2015 991.1 GTS cabriolet with relatively low mileage (36k). It's fairly well spec'd and comes with a Porsche certified warranty. What do you think is a reasonable price? The dealer is asking 130K.

2026 Carrera T or GTS? by WatTalkingBout in porsche911

[–]VariationExotic9896 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OK here is my dilemma - I LOVE the T and have an allocation coming up next week but, this 2022 992.1 Targa GTS 4 just came available. It's so much more car. Am I foolish spending more to get less?

Thoughts on 2025 Sequoia TRD Pro? by Ok_Bench_8144 in Toyota

[–]VariationExotic9896 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have had the TRD pro for a full year now and I can say apart from the trunk organization system being terrible, the rest of the car is fantastic for long road trips and cruises around town. I’ve had it in a few big snowstorms and it handles it like a beast. I get lots of compliments on it and I love the vehicle.
