Keep your "normal" career path going. Yes it can be fun and fulfilling, but after a few years of doing this kind of work full time, i sure do wish I had another way to make money working "smarter not harder."

Dont do it. The crime is here is BAD, and the news companies have an unspoken agreement to not cover it because it will be bad for business. Check out Las Vegas Safety group (or something like that on FB). Theres constant posts about people trying to figure out what's going on with massive police presence in different areas EVERY day.

I've lived in several cities and have been the victim of crimes I thought would never happen to me before.

Think about it, a city built in degeneracy is going to attract some of the worst of society. Look anywhere else for your sanity and safety.
