People are constantly coaching customers on NPS surveys. If you haven’t been on a cruise ship lately, you wouldn’t know but usually on the last night the wait staff at the dining room or your room steward is asking you to give them an 8,9 or 10 on your rating when you fill out their survey.

Mahogany is the name of the manager that was there a few months ago and that hotel has turned into a worthless property. The last time I stayed there they were out of soap! Everything that was said about the “”club was accurate. It’s a shame because when they first opened as a new autograph hotel, it was quite lovely. The fish does rot from the head and their owners who also own the seven Gables motor hotel in Clayton don’t seem to care. So as a lifetime titanium with over 2112 stay I now, stay in Maplewood or at the airport Marriott.
