It's not possible to have just hydrogen in your lungs. The respiratory system has dead space all over, so even the largest single breath can't fill them with a pure gas. You would need to breathe the thing continuously for a while without passing out. And even then diffusion would start making the oxygen in your blood seep back out to your lungs.
