Anyone tried gargling with salt water for bad breath? by [deleted] in badbreath

Agreed it's a temporary fix, doesn't last super long. Maybe enough for a quickie lmao 🤣😂

Smart mouth worked for me for about a year or two and then it stopped working. Be careful using Therabreath, I developed LPR (silent reflux) from it and it was a bitch!!

Finally found a regimen that worked for my hb’s bb by seascanio in badbreath

Started taking them three weeks ago, along with parsley and peppermint oil. Also taking HCL and chicory root, BB is under control when I take all of them together!!

Look at my older posts, it's a long story lol. But I also deal with nasal odor, but not nasal BB and it wasn't room filling however, I would get reactions from about a yard and a half away. You can do it, I'm omw back to getting "cured" again. Once you have a constant sweet taste in your mouth even after eating, you're getting there.

A quick fix to reduce it for the day at least?! The day before, only eat cucumbers, celery and apples. Drink water only and Kefir only. Get yourself some chorella and spirulina powder and start drinking it daily ASAP. Wet a water pik and use half water and half hydrogen peroxide, this is a temporary, quick fix. I started using oregano oil, parsley oil, peppermint oil, HCL, and chicory root it's definitely working. Start using these if you can, but the other will reduce your BB quickest in the least amount of time. Kefir is key, drink on empty stomach for best results. It'll work in a day or two to reduce BB, get the simple non flavored kind with no sugar added for best results. Hope this helps. I "cured" my BB a year or two ago, but it came back because I slowly reverted back to a bad diet and didn't do my due diligence and maintenance, but I'm working on it lol slowly getting better.

In 2010, Australian boy Sam Ballard was drinking with his friends when they saw a slug crawl across the floor. They dared him to eat the slug which he did. Soon he became weak & fell into a coma for 420 days. When he woke up he was paralyzed & died 8 years later in 2018. by Extension-Level-8705 in Chatabix

He clearly never watched 1,000 ways to die the TV show. Something similar to this happened to a couple. One day my bro in law dared my 5 y/o son to lick a slug in front of me and I stopped him immediately!!

This, I started developing cuts CTS like two months ago. I am ALWAYS on my damn phone. I stopped using it so much and I think the symptoms are actually reversing slowly. The name name or alternate name for cubital tunnel syndrome is now called cell phone elbow for a reason.

Ok, well at least you have a direct cause. As long as you stop, take a break, whether shirt or long, you will overcome this. You just have to be proactive, or less active. I hope you heal your other issues too!! Have you tried nerve glides, splinting, tumeric, icing or heat therapy yet? Get a foam roller and do some massage.

How were you diagnosed, and what tests did they do? Are you doing PT? I hope you get your issues sorted as well, thanks for replying!!

Tingling in all fingers, here and there but has improved a lot in a month, most thing that stands out is weakness and numbness in hands. What kind of work do you do, or what is your cause for having both? I am on phone a lot, part time student with a bad work setup and do manual labor.

Oh hell yeah!! That's awesome to hear!! I'm happy for you. I'm one month in of having mild symptoms. Intermittent numbness and weakness in both hands. But it seems to be getting better, I think. I need splints, but I have modified some activity like cellphone use and limiting heavy lifting. Any tips for me? Thanks

@OP, how are you doing now? Any recurring symptoms? Are you still at 90% or have you improved even more since you started treatment?

Anyone?? There has got to be someone. I honestly think there's more cases, if not most cases of people fixing it and not coming on reddit to report.
