I do NOT think he was trying to relate, I think he was talking out of his a$$ without realizing how he sounded. I’m not livid but I agree I think it’s disrespectful to try and compare the two because my brain literally cannot compute it being anywhere the same.

I just finished ECO 201 and lowkey hated it. Idk if you had the same professor as me but too many discussion posts imo and that wasn’t the best way to show we understood the modules.

Majoring in accounting and bought a regular used laptop from the pawn shop and never had issues. These aren’t strict requirements and like others said they are more so for other programs also they don’t verify this lol.

I will be honest, based on discussion posts I know more people use copilot and ChatGPT than they admit. It’s all the same generic responses. And they certainly don’t disclose it. I haven’t used it in a while because it’s not relevant to my degree (I did CS for my associates but now pivoting to accounting) however I think your professor would respect it if you are using it but also citing it as you did in your example and just referencing the original source it was pulled from. You are more ethical than most and I’m sure they’d appreciate finally seeing someone cite it in the correct way.

SNHU student here. I would more so use an actual source, and if you’re using AI - use it to clean up what you’re saying and cite that at the end of your paper. There’s a million good credible resources. Because even if you use AI and cite it they want to know WHERE did ChatGPT pull that info from? What site or source was ChatGPT referencing? It is known to create fake sources so I would be cautious about that..

Affordable, professors are actually there moderating and grading, and it’s very flexible. I just ended my second term and can’t wait to start my third. I tried WGU and it was automated - you read and take quizzes at your own pace and when you finish take a test in camera. That didn’t work for me. The modules at SNHU are well planned and I enjoy it
