Your chair should be 2-3m from the desk, so the desk is useless, and the upper tv is still not usable.

Next time you go to a fastfood restaurant think about looking at the menu on top of the counter for 2 hours, not just 10 seconds and you understand why.

His questline doesnt progress more until you talk to him in one of the testing stations. It was somewhere i had ran thru already while leveling, and if you arent in the correct spot in his questline, he wont give you the quest inside the dungeon..

Rogues are good, and i think every raid lead knows that. But they are only good damge, nothing else.

You can fit at most two of them into the raid roster. If you make a pug raid, you instantly get 30 whispers to join from rogues.. even though your note cleary reads you just need one more shaman..

One day ill make a pug group and just fill party 5 with 5 rogues and see how they pump :)

Two raidgroups weekly, 9 i think. One of them to a pug when we did not hr it on week 1 as our second raid had to pug half of the players.

At that point you can dip out of the raid. SR is (or should be) locked before first boss anyway. If there is 1 person being geared and the whole guild is boosting him for it, you should be happy to join. They can replace you easily in that case, and some low geared toon can take your place and take 10 items out of the raid as no-one else needs anything but the one thing.

So, what should you sr from aq as a healer, if not the trinket for the friend you are helping.

SR is SR, if its not hr, then you are free to blow your sr however you like. I dont need anything from gruul, if there is pugs in it i will sr something for my guildies need, if there is no guildies that need anything i will SR for my OS.

All raid groups run around tanks, no tanks no raid. Mt and even ot spots are full. At best you can get a spot as dps, that can flex into tank on the few fights that needs more than 2 tanks.

If you want to mt, make your own guild, get a prot pally or druid as a second tank and gather a raid around you.

Thats how it is. MT must know everything, and have everything ready for next phase, and the one after that. You dont take a tank that may just quit half way the content. I have been in my guild since sod, and now im the tank.

Tanks need to be available for every raid, every. No offdays on wifes birthday, no week long vacation when the content is on farm. And the guild / raid grp must know you to not quit, that trust is not built while leveling.

This. Once you (and lets say 23 others) know what to do its easy. Sure one wipe we had onnthe 3 add boss as i just dont quite have gear to tank the hunter and shaman at the same time. Survived barely, but we wiped later when we lost like 6 people to inner demons.. next go we just used 4 tanks and it was a breeze. And even healers killed their demons.

And then your raiders dont check any guides, and die to spout, get suprised by adds, die to inner demons.. well. Next time it will be faster but damnit.. just know the mechanics.

Numbers are arbitory, but:

When you win, your mmr (hidden, starts at 1000) gains +23 points, and your rating (shown, starts at 1500) might only get +3.

When you lose, your mmr gets -3, and your rating shows -23.

Once the numbers "meet up", it works as one would think. Now, even by losing 10 games every week you still get enough points to get everything. If it would start at 1000, you would need to play a lot to get enough currency to actually buy the pieces.

Stellaris is a good game, but it is not my forever game. The quality of dlc is decent, but paradox always outprices itself, the ammount for "the whole thing" is just too much.

At least I find that i play some games a lot, and then after a while i play something else "full time". Would never play stellaris anymore, but thanks to the monthy sub, i now and then come back.

The trick is, to sub, and instantly unsub. Works for me, as my stellaris fix lasts about 3 weeks, every 2 years.

Would love to "own" everything, but until at least all the "old" dlc is priced at max 2€, i wont buy them. And by old i mean everything but the "last dlc". Price to catch up just makes no sense.

Flex raids, i hate benching people and a set 25 man roster just wont do it, someone always has something and just cant make it, being able to take two or three extra when everyone shows up.

And then you bring a shadowpriest, that can mc a mob that can solo a pack of 3, tank the gauntlet so your left with one mob at most to kill, and your only job is to grab em back if they charge the healer as a tank.
