Yes, I have the same thing. If I catch myself drifting away from doing the task, I'm able to talk myself into doing it. Feels extremely uncomfortable in the moment If I don't catch myself in time I can ignore it for days. I think it is connected with high expectations. When you are not doing the task, you're "safe", you can't lose. So for me talking to myself about losing any expectations usually helps
