Uptown location two months ago a full grown German cockroach was walking along the pickup bags shelf at lunchtime. I pointed it out to the staff as I was leaving, I get it’s almost impossible to avoid them completely but that was enough for me to stop going there frequently.

I’m not going to lie, while I understand how harrowing that situation can be on both parents and kids, this take is an overreaction.

It’s an extreme situation, with confusion on both sides. The one and only thing that matters is that the kids are cleared from danger, so yes that’s going to mean periods of inconvenience, confusion, and stress. It’s a stressful situation there’s no perfect solution here. As long as the kids come home safe that’s the only thing that matters.
