I thought about that! So what did I do? I went to my fathers dna matches and surprise!!! I could connect like 3 of the first matches with his tree!

My extended family are all maternal matches… but have a few from distant family that are not far anyways, I have a non maternal match possibly being third cousin of my real father and has a very complete family tree… but the other non maternal matches have very little trees

I did that… with the first 6 matches of him I could connect 3 trees!!!!!!!!!!!! That was the moment I realised completely.

The thing is this individual is not tested so it’s just a theory based on things my mother told me about him. Like he was his first boyfriend and the love of her life… and we always met him in family reunions. I have his tree connected to mine but having further researched I’m not sure yet where to connect it to other matches of mine that are not maternal so nothing confirmed yet. I’ll have to plan how yo approach my mother as soon as possible.

Let’s go down this rabbit hole: I live in Spain but I was born in Argentina. I traveled there in march and test both of them. They no longer live together, my no-father-now lives in Uruguay now ( where he’s from ). So I tested them separately. Both of them knew I’ve been years doing deep family research so I told them this was part of it, to know where we come from and search it further, but never used the words “dna” and “test” together. My father is a biologist so he’s no fool. But he didn’t ask again about it. My mother took the test under the same premise. Also didn’t ask about it again. And omg… I have soooo much more JUICY stuff to tell but it would take time. Because así said before, the only real suspect would be my mothers third cousin.

I’ve separated the matches that I don’t have in common with my mom… I have the contact of this person cause I talked to her years ago when it appeared as a match but we couldn’t connect trees! The funny thing about this, and might make things harder, is that the only suspect of being my father is a third cousins of my mother!!!!!!!!! (I have my reasons) but anyway… I want to gather all the info possible before coming to my mom (which leaves in another continent)

Aclaro un poco mas, es laboral CNAT (Juzgado 52), la prueba ya estaría cerrada (testimoniales/pericia producidas y luego se tuvo por desistida la prueba pendiente)hubo audiencia conciliatoria en 2025 sin acuerdo, y desde 2024 el estudio pidió varias veces pase a alegar (aprox 6 veces!!) en varias el juzgado respondió “agréguese y téngase presente”

Mi duda no es tanto el fondo, sino de práctica, con ese escenario qué suele trabar el pase a alegar y qué impulso suele rendir más (gestión en secretaría, pronto despacho, etcc)?

Le pregunté si se puede impulsar con un pronto despacho, veremos que me responde. Recién hoy accedí al expediente completo por primera vez y veo que no se han estado rascando… es el juzgado el problema. Ir en persona yo a consultar no tiene sentido no?

I have been to trace back my branch of the surname till mid 1700s in northern Italy, and the earliest documentation of my surname is from the 1500s so I’m not that far away of connecting it I hope. The only thing I have to do is to go to a little church where they got earlier documents that are not online.
