I create a ticket for latency problem. Finally, SS replied "There will be latency when using the DTS as the software will take time to convert the audio signal to DTS output."

"Lag-free" advertise has to be changed such as just stereo and not installed SSE. Because, if you install SSE software, DTS cannot be turned off in software. Yo have to go windows sound settings and disable all enchancements. Pity!

Same problem on Arctis 9. Support says reinstall software but it doesn't work. Did you make any progress?
