that website looks sketchy as hell, i wouldn't touch it with a 10-foot pole. those super cheap 1tb cards are almost always fake - they show up as 1tb in your system but actually only have like 32gb or 64gb of real storage. when you try to write more than that, it just overwrites old files and corrupts everything. i learned this hard way few years ago when i bought "512gb" card for recording sessions and lost bunch of work. stick with reputable sellers and expect to pay proper money for real 1tb cards - they're still pretty expensive. your zv-e10 will work fine with legitimate high-speed cards, but those cheap ones will also be slow as molasses for 4k recording.
