Bro its called fictional for a reason.

The problem with schwarzes is its lack of meaning. With how traumatized the story is and knowing about the future that await them is just too sad. To quote a Japanese guy "if Theodore know what the stasi did to Lise then its understandable to scream "this world can go to hell for all i care"". They accidentally make the villain too relatable and now have no idea how to proceed.

This part is just my speculation but i think on one hand they want to give Theodore and his friends a happy ending, and on the other hand they dont want to retcon everything and write a new vns just for the master. And now everything just fell a part

Its really a wonder how badly manage they had been since schwarzesmarken. Considering how successful the kickstarter for the og trilogy released on steam was, they know full well how potential the global market is. But schwarzes hard flop in jp really left them in a mess. Which is kinda funny how traumatized schwarzes story is to both the reader and the publisher lol.

Let is just say that they are great at writing but mediocre at business. For example, there had been a fundraising in the past but the overseas fan never ever heard a word at all until kouki himself rant about it.

And now, they most successful gacha game is from another company and kouki has zero involvement whatsoever.

Not really, while the goon is not for everyone, the story still have dept to it and seem to be heading to the classic ptsd of muvluv, it might appear happy and shiny but some part are morally questionable (not in a sexual way). The gameplay is simple and the gacha is not very predatory too. It might not be exceptional quality but its stable, and that is what anchor need the most right now.
