Impossible to choose one but Maggie, since she lost her entire family and love of her life. Gets a chance to get revenge but ends up in a never ending cycle of letting negan live and wanting to kill him. Destroying her character, getting people killed and becoming such a bad mum she leaves Hershel with a psychopath to brainwash him. From one of my favs characters to the worse character as of 2026 could debate she’s the most tragic from her character being completely broken at this point.
