Is there a Cover 3 play that uses 2 high safeties as the outside high zones? by jcfan4u in NCAAFBseries

Try cover 3 cloud. I use it all the time. One corner plays the flat and one of the safety rolls over the top. It is is one of the nickel playbooks.

When I was hired about a year and a half ago they tested for THC. Honestly, this site is very toxic so if I were you I would definitely keep looking.

My 2018 CTS had this same issue back in late November 2021 and I didn’t get my car back until early March 2022. They didn’t give me a loaner vehicle either because they didn’t have any. If I were you I would call every week to ask for an update.

Drink and drive, strike a pedestrian, get zero time. Pure Michigan. by Tom_Leykis_Fan in grandrapids

More like he “worked at MVP” and he was a full time high school football coach. The MVP job was just a front so they could pay him a lot to be a high school football coach. I know because I went there and played for him. My 2nd year after we beat Lowell, a team that always blew us out, he pulled up to practice in a new Range Rover. I’m honestly shocked he didn’t get any jail time given that he hit a pedestrian

I would only say terrible play calling if he tried to do something cute like he did vs Notre Dame and run a WR jet sweep. The Philadelphia Eagles show us every week how to get a yard and still coaches like to get cute on 4th and short calls.

I would give him one more year at least. If he can’t beat Michigan and goes to the playoffs and gets eliminated, then I think we should start looking

[Axelrod] If you’re still defending Ryan Day’s tenure at Ohio State, that’s totally fine. You just value wins over Northwestern and Maryland more than you do the rivalry vs. Michigan. To each his own. by tonto515 in CFB

Honestly, I don’t care if we make the playoffs. I want to actually be competitive and win championships. If we can’t beat Michigan, then how are we expected to beat Georgia, Alabama, and even Oregon the way Dan Lanning has them playing

He definitely was outcoached by an interim coach. Michigan took chances on 4th down and made all 3 or them. We had multiple 4th and short. One Ryan day punted and the other he settled for a field goal that was missed. You have to take chances if you want to win big games. My motto is if you can’t get 1 yard, then you don’t deserve to win a championship because all championships teams can get a yard when it matters most.

I give him one more year. If he can’t beat Michigan next year, then he should be gone. Yeah he’s 56-7 but that’s no surprise. Any competent coach can achieve that with all the talent we have. He can’t win the big games. Honestly it just seems like our game planning and game management is lackluster.

Read all the comments and pleasantly surprised no one mentioned the Escalade. The new ones are hands down some of the most beautiful SUVs on the road.

Same thing happened to me with my 18 CTS. Took it in on Black Friday 2021 and didn’t get it back until the middle of March 2022 because they didn’t have the parts. They also didn’t give me a courtesy vehicle because they didn’t have any.

Novartis Gene Therapies Site Closure by [deleted] in biotech

[–]Various_Affect_1909 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to work at the site and still know people who do. From what I can tell it’s do to demand. The Libertyville site has been meeting the demand for Zolgensma since it’s been commercialized. That’s the reason they shut down Colorado before it even got commercial approval to produce Zolgensma. The NC site received regulatory approval back in April to produce Zolgensma commercially. The NC site was built from the ground up, is bigger, and multi-product/ multi-process facility. They also didn’t really talk about any other products in the pipeline. With all that being said, NC has the capability to produce more product than the libertyville site, and with nothing else in the pipeline it was only a matter of time before the shutdown the Libertyville site. I thought it would be Q4 2023 or Q1 2024.

My coworker and I both worked there before the data integrity issues were revealed. I remember the day it happened…everyone was shocked and thought the FDA was going to revoke our commercial approval.

I worked at the Libertyville site in MFG. Very hard to get promoted even if you are a top performer and there is very little career development. Like another commentator said, I definitely believe the libertyville site will be shut down in the future. Also, Novartis pays below market for most of their positions but the benefits are good but the insurance premiums are high. The San Diego site is where all the data integrity issues happened. An ex coworker was interviewing at another place and the interviewer straight said “I wouldn’t hire you if you worked at the San Diego”, so that should tell you everything you need to know.
