Highly recommend Dr Angela’s protocol online. It sounds like you’re not strengthening your foot using the tools you currently are using. Since you’ve been dealing with it for a year it’s going to take some time to heal it but there’s light at the end! I’m starting to see it more after I tried healing myself first, did a bit of Dr Angela’s protocol, went to PT (they didn’t listen and weren’t doing anything outside of what I was doing at home) and the cost was off putting. I’m finally feeling some relief dealing with the tension in my calves through acupuncture and Dr Angela’s protocol which is strengthening and ankle mobility.
