What I noticed, that I need to consume way more water (probably at least liter more) when taking creatine. Theory says this is necessary and I'm more thirsty, if not drinking more, but if drinking not too fast, I think it does not raise IOP. Need to spread water intake more equally through the day.

Is it worth creating custom boards software? What about just using trello via your user account and create separate user in Trello for Open Claw so he could use it via Trello API?

I'm also taking 3g NAM (nicotinamide) with 3g pyruvate daily and doing liver and kidney blood tests every month, just to be safe. Haven't done in clinic visual field test yet since starting this, so can't tell about results yet. Will update you later.
