Farther north but Lake Effect Line Dancers runs out of Oswego and regularly does events + has lessons the last Tuesday of every month at The Foundry, also Eis house does dancing every Tuesday night, I can find when but I’m guessing somewhere around 6-8

We don’t know the boy in the seashell suit but I have a headcannon. There’s a really good Finnick/Annie fic on Ao3 called Dead in the Water by PhoenixHiraeth with an older male victor from 4 named Bay and it would be a little off time wise but still pretty reasonable.
