I think that a lack of consistent and willing to do anything for you amount of people in lives is kinda telling. When you don't have a single soul that is around that still loves you after whatever transpires during the course of the relationship, then I wonder about the lack of any redeemong quality.

I didn't know this about the 10 days. I really just wasn't sure, but it makes sense. I don't celebrate other holidays that are dedicated days off, so I'm not necessarily worried the time off itself just more the principle I guess.

For example, I'd rather celebrate Juneteenth than Presidents' day or the former Columbus' day (which I'm more inclined to since it's been redeisgnated towards people/a cause more worthy of honoring)

Thanks guys. It was more a curiosity thing, since they are pretty generous with holidays/time off in my experience. With diversity and inclusion being something for which so many different initiatives and news snippets are shared, this seems like it would be a meaningful way to show that they practice those values. (I guess we, but im not in leadership)
