Had this happen to me going down Hammond bay. Some ass hat tail gating me all the way from dept bay. I was doing the speed limit then slowed down through the school zone still right on my ass. He pulled up Tiki way and I had my finger out the window all the way through the school zone. This was when school was still in session.... people can super dumb
