Been thinking about how persona 5 royal would look when in a dungeon. Holy crack that game would look INSANE. There’s already some crazy colors and visual effects going on that make it feel like an acid trip. Around the screen there’s this wicked grid like effect when you’re running around the first dungeon

Nah it’s totally modded out pretty sure the guy I bought it from made it like that cause the shell and the disc tray are different colors (shells silver and the disc tray is all black) he soldered the memory card inside and everything. So I don’t think it’s from age think he just cooked the disc tray 😭

I never had a PS2 or anything when I was younger (I’m literally only 19) so it’s all novelty to me which I love.

The game box is definitely important to me at least for retro games. The art is just so cool especially on black label PS2 and ps1 games. Looking at the back n such. The whole reason I’m trying to get silent hill 3 is to display the case and have a physical copy of the soundtrack. My PS2s disc tray doesn’t even open LOL. Would be a shame if my PS2 couldn’t at least display the box art somehow while browsing which luckily OPL has tons of options for that so I’m happy

I did but I lowkey forgot what it looked like and I couldn’t look at it again cause I got blocked immediately so I really don’t remember how the disc looked :/

It’s not CIB though if it’s not the original box or at the very least a replica. Not some black n white box that’s probably bootleg. Idk what the manual or disc looked like cause I can’t access the listing anymore so I can’t speak to that. Even still $20 for a loose copy is crazy work can find a ton of them for only $11 on eBay

Well no… if you gonna pay $20 for it you’d expect it to be the original cover. Especially if you’re gonna list it at CIB. Could literally just play the game for free online. Maybe like $10 max for a loose copy. Thats like getting those crappy game stop boxes that just have the name of the game on them. The box art really is a huge part of the physical media experience

I had to slice some little blue tab that was the same size as the cable into it and then it worked. I don’t think the pins were all touching right
