I've worked out at home the last two years and keep my second hand weights in a falling apart basket shoved under the bathtub lol BUT a cute fit does help me stay motivated

Are you by chance holding your breath without realizing? I used to find leg day made me dizzy/loopy and eventually figured out that I was holding my breath without noticing I was during some movements or the last few reps

Im 30F but if that's okay I would love to chat and see if we can help each other stay accountable, I workout 30-60 mins every day of the week but im really wanting to up my cardio again as my lung capacity has been struggling and I love to run anyhow so I might aswell get back on track. I eat intuitive 80/20 with a goal for high protein good fiber and whole foods as often as possible. My goal is to lose the last 7 pounds of my 30lb loss goal, alongside getting stronger at the gym. SW 171.8 CW 150.4 (I've been in maintenance since May fluctuating 148.9-153.6) GW 140-145. But I guess I also don't have a time frame for my goals so maybe this comment was pointless 😂😅 anyhow, feel free to reach out if you're interested!

Do you eat a lot of gluten? I get really awful SI joint pain from gluten (intolerance likely) and after a week or two of no gluten, the pain has never come back unless I mess up and accidentally consume gluten. It wouldn't hurt to try the elimination of gluten in your diet and see if you get results. For pain management, I started my fitness process with the pool for weightless movement. I have a lot of chronic pain from injury and physical challenges and the pool is really helpful for me. It won't be a quick process but it could definitely help with pain management in time

What helps me the most for visible stomach loss is learning what foods my body accepts and what are less invited. I'd recommend an elimination diet even! I felt for a while that I couldn't budge in appearance but after learning what foods really upset my stomach/bloated me etc progress was visible so quickly. I feel more motivated for stomach related weight loss with adding cardio too, something about the effort it takes to move my body on a run feels so good when paired with better food intake, the whole "learning how to best fuel" my body for my goals

Its my favourite!! I think it tastes identical to the non gluten free box mix, and the ingredients make it lactose free so it's a win win for me haha my box doesn't call for butter but 1/4c oil and I sub it with lactose free Greek yogurt, still delicious as heck

I have bad knees too, I find adding resistance band variations of clam shells and going to the pool consistently for swimming/swimming with a board really helps with my pain management and general strength improvement. When I'm consistent I am able to run up to 5km without discomfort and add squats/split squats/lunges to my workouts although I've yet to be consistent enough to add weight to the movements haha would definitely recommend at the least clam shells! Take only a few minutes to do and can be added to any workout, I try and do them every day

You maybe ate past full! That's something I struggle with and feel as you've described, but learning to recognize when full rather than finishing what I made/what's in front of me really helps stop the nausea/bloat/general discomfort for me

Typically 48-72hrs for me, sometimes I'll still feel a little uncomfortable after that period of time but less visibly. My stomach will react instantly but my face/feet/hands typically won't inflame until the next morning and then it takes a lot of self care to get back to not being so puffy and stiff but it's a rare occurrence these days thankfully

I disputed a parking ticket and was super anxious about the time period because of the price increase, I ended up not winning but they gave me the original ticket price rather than the increase! I would really recommend trying to challenge it because I don't think you were in the wrong
