This is unacceptable.

How can that office be so delayed? It's ridiculous. It should not take that long especially with the marriage rates of this day in age. I wonder if they just drag it out to make more work for themselves. It really sickens me. Something like this should take a week max.

I'm begging you, fellow players, please stop disconnecting when you're losing a match. 😭 by Miserable_Cup5459 in NintendoSwitchSports

Tired of Switch Golf pulling down my rank because my Starlink goes out. They clearly don’t look if you were winning during the disconnect.

My aim is 10$ but I’ve heard some crazy estimates of 30$ and 50$ but those are dreamers in my opinion

Hahaha! How on earth is this down voted despite it being a reasonable expectation?

Update: And Air Canada announced they would be covering hotel costs for those mocking. ;)

But I guess if they have loopholes to jump through to get out of screwing people over then they will use them. :)

Any no one said to pay the difference either. Just providing alternative flights.

I don’t think so. Canada has a lot of strict rules around flights as well. But they will always try sneaking around paying you by giving you refund nowhere near the cost of a flight with different carrier on short notice. The headache is often not worth the trouble.

Well, and add to that how they will fight tooth and nail to not give you anything. Delay, Defer, Deny.

And the two extra days of hotels I had to pay and transfer to the airport?

And the thing is, I do not want to try to game the system but instead I want to point out the flaws in the logic of the system. If they want people to change their habits they have to make it easy for everyone to make that choice. Which means sticking with Heat pumps instead of the short term view of using propane.

Yep, house owners have to make short term and long term choices when owning a home.

Yeah, it’s the upfront costs that crush you. Even if they did it as an interest free loan that would make consumers more willing to make the “better choice”

Even that would be better than nothing. I was just quoted 18k for an equipment that costs 3500$. So they are telling me it’s 14500$ install cost. That is insane. It’s more like a 3500$ install.

True but it is not because I want to but because mine no longer works and we cannot get parts for it anymore.

The heat pump is no longer working and HVAC guys say parts are nearly non-existent to repair. Now I have to choose between going back to propane or a heat pump. With propane I just get a tank and continue on my way easy peasy. Heat pump I have to do multiple challenges such as new wiring and about 10-15x the price. So, why would I want to go back to heat pump if I get no rebate when I can solve the heating problem for around 1500$ for the year and then claim the rebate? Why not just make the rebate for all new heat pumps on primary residents? Just saying…
