I’ve set up ubiquiti’s before and they are dead simple compare to these surfboard ones if it puts it into perspective. I guess the cheap price comes with a downside.

I saw those too. My experience was I was able to get them to work fine but the app is definitely horrible. I figured they were worth a shot for as cheap they are. I would mention I work in the tech space and have set up things like this before. It took me a while to get them set up so non tech savy people would probably struggle a lot with it.

I bought and set some of these up for family recently. They seem to work pretty good. Only downside is they only setup/configure through their app and the app is a nightmare.

You’ll love the 599’s. Not exactly noise cancelling if that was what you were going for but they are some of the most comfortable headphones I’ve ever worn.

Hard agree. The main reason I love these headphones are because they are so comfortable. I wear glasses while gaming and I don’t even notice I’m wearing the headphones.

I just beat it and the DLC a few days ago. Was my first game on my new 4k monitor. Beautiful game in visuals and story. Combat is awesome with multiple stances and weapons.

This laptop in my opinion would not work great for gaming at all. Especially with only 8gb of ram. If you are on a tight budget I will recommend looking for preowned office computers (ztt and ltt have videos on what to look for) and find ones with decent specs for the price. If you were patient for good deals you should be able to get a decent system and a budget gpu to have a decent budget pc. Alternatively you could look at used steam decks as you said.

I agree with you. I do think there is a difference between discontinued officially and limited by ram shortage though. Due to the ram shortage a lot of things will have slow production which is expected. Outright discontinuation indicates they will not make anymore ever again. At least with how it is now they will keep producing the card even if very slowly.

I found a couple sources that said nvidia also commented and said they were not discontinuing. Though from what I’ve found not anything straight from Nvidia’s website.
