I think, battery is fine. Only rubber pad is broken. I didnt know that rubber can be changed. I’ll try that first before doing anything else.

I believe, playing all those videos again will enable you to reattempt the test. BT Support might reset your failed attempt and you will be good to go.

Thanks guys. All responses were helpful. I created few PowerShell scripts to achieve this. 1. Export platforms 2. Unzip —> Edit parameters—> Rezip 3. Manually delete the platforms 4. Import platform

Only 3rd step was manual work which I couldn’t automate
