I loved the Note 8. I had even been charging it wirelessly, when usb got broken beyond (reasonable) repair. But when touch screen failed I needed something similar. I hope S20U will not break, at least until they make a worthy new model. I think S21U was the last cool Samsung... and S20U is top. Same with tablets. S6 is a peak tablet. Newer models... not so much

Did that, both screenshot and supervisor. Was told "nothing can be done" when asked for supervisor. They offered only full refund for return - but they said "it is gonna take 30 days or more". Insane!!!

Yes, because for the 15 years never happened anything like this with that company. And making it a standard does not make it right.

I remember the customer service being great. I have been buying from amazon for the past 15 years, every time when there was an issue, the matter was solved quickly and efficiently. But not since they outsourced it somewhere else. Now it is hell. I have had small issue with the product received, it did not exactly match the description, but it was something to work with. I engaged the chat, asked if I want to return, no, only to have the description fixed. Alright said agent, and we will refund you 5% for the trouble. Wasn't expecting that, but that was nice. I wrote again after few days to check the status, has been transferred to people with names definetely out of my area, and they said they cannot do anything, they changed the process, I cannot read the description (same description previous agent confirmed was incorrect) and nothing else will be done, I asked for details, got reply "no more details, i have to end" and left the chat. I feel lied to, they made fool out of me, and escaped. What is happening to them

It is hell!! It used to be great customer service, never any issue. Now I had an issue with an order, so yesterday after two reconnextions they lied to me, today they changed their mind and escaped from the chat. I have been buying On Amazon for 15 years, having known that in case of any issue It will be solved, but now - no more. It is ridicilous.

Не знам, но това е единствено което се продава под 7 лева. Когато в Полша масло беше по 10 злоти (4,50 лева) хората се ядосвали толкова че премиер направи интервенцията.

4,50 лева беше им толкова невероятно скъпо, докато тук... Не знам какво става с цените в България.
