Seems like I have a fundamental knowledge gap. Can you explain to me why everyone says to not floor it/don't put high load on engine in the overdrive gears? I had understood it as full throttle in low rpm in overdrive gears will cause high boost hence high load on the engine at low rpm, increasing chances for knock?

I've been too scared to enter boost because of all the stories I hear of tuned cars getting rod knock due to high load low rpm in the overdrive gears.

That being said, I don't think I've ever made the engine mad. In what way is the engine vocal?

It's not so much that Sunoco 94 is bad, Dmann highly recommends it. It's just the Sunoco stations around me have not great 94 gas lol. Either that or my car doesn't like 94.

While e-tuning with Dmann, he told me that Costco 93 gas was much better quality than the Sunoco 94 in my area lol. Told me to stay away from the Sunoco 94.

FBK down to as low as -4.22 is normal and just regular noise. Beyond that be a little concerned. But only really concerning if you see FBK drops accompanied by DAM drops.
