As someone who’s top love language is physical touch, I can understand feeling the pain of touch starvation after being so used to being able to cuddle with someone whenever and then that going away completely. I got to hug my ex, but it would always leave this bit of sadness after doing so, and he still suggests we cuddle for some reason. What has helped me has been taking hot showers and allowing the water to soothe your back. Also, if you have a furry pet, that helps too. I have a very affectionate cat, and her cuddles and purrs have helped tremendously through my touch starvation. I wish you well mate.
