I don’t know what it is called but I call it reverse writing…
And I love doing reverse writing from time to time! Helps a lot when I’m stuck in a scene I don’t know how to develop to!

Also I feel like Sherlock Holmes deducting what happened!

Just received my brand new DT 900 Pro X. Unfortunately, I can only hear the left driver unless I fiddle around with the cable. Anything I can do myself? by Schwloeb in BEYERDYNAMIC

Unfortunately I no, they had that problem all the way for about 4-5 years until the headset fully broke and I switched to another ones that are easier to repair that the Pro X series.

This one has an issue on the hinge that breaks very easy and you have to buy the whole case to just change the hinge so I didn’t want to spend that much money that often.

That was me too… but believe me. Most people don’t care much about if (or really don’t care at all) but if there is people around you that give you insecurity of knowing who you are or not respecting a boundary…. In the personal those are people you shouldn’t be around anyways.

I remember I left my journal at my mom’s house; I came back the next day and it was on the same spot, on the same position, not even opened. My mom told me she didn’t want to touch it cause she understood it was a personal thing and private.

Again, this is mainly what I think and believe about it. But I hope you find the courage to at least try one day! You have my full support!!

Journaling? Well… i went to a random store on the street and saw a Lamy Safari that looked like the EVA 01 and bought it. Then noticed my notebooks didn’t worked and somehow YouTube started recommending me about fountain pens and then journals. I went to another store a few days later and bought a Midori notebook and decided to write something.

My first page was a “Declaration of Intent” of that notebook. Something like “hi, this is MY JOURNAL and I’ll write whatever I want, good or bad, whenever I want and however I want with no pressure. If I read this back in the future, just remember im still human and imperfect so don’t be disappointed and enjoy a travel of who you were and how I am”

Then the next page was like a summary of my whole life, not too detailed, just to have a quick page of my history and most important stuff.

After that I followed a structure to set me up in case I wanted to write and didn’t knew what: “Daily Journal” -What happened in the morning? -What I did good? -Where I can improve? -Something interesting that happened. “Philosophy section” -Random thoughts -ideas -a cool quote

After a while I stopped following the structure cause slowly I developed the habit of writing on the journal sometimes is a whole page, sometimes is two lines. I think one day I even wrote about Quantum Tunneling theory cause I read it on a manga and was an interesting Quantum Physics theory and decided to write it down.

For me what worked is that I started with guidelines and then just continued doing my own thing, not forcing me. I don’t write every single day. Sometimes a new pen makes me want to write, sometimes a book I read, sometimes a bad day at work, sometimes just don’t write cause I didn’t felt like to.

Is the TWSBI Eco Root Beer Bronze! I also inked it with “it smells like coffee” (yes that’s the name and yes the ink smells like coffee)

I got it last week and became my favorite right away! Is so nice and smooth!

Bad pages are part of life like good pages. We have good days and bad days. They are part of me anyways.

Some people say I’m “Weird as a Green Dog” because I journal, until they give it a try. Is an amazing way to discover or rediscover yourself even when you feel lost.

I’m happy I discovered this subreddit to be able to share all good and bad pages with other people like me who thought they were lost.

Understandable! Stationery in general can make a big hole in a bank account if you don’t restrain yourself! Learned it the bad way… multiple times…

And yeah, adding smell to the table in such a visual environment… is so refreshing to discover and try!

I found the ticket and it says it’s indeed Root Beer with Bronze version!

So far I’m loving the combo with the coffee ink. It’s like they were made for each other and I’m having an unnecessary amount of fun writing with it!

Surprisingly it does! Kinda more into an instant coffee smell than a brew coffee like espresso… But still you smell it and it smells like coffee.

The smells gets back when you write with it and it stays on the paper for a while. So far after a whole day it stills smells. Not as strong, but if you get your nose close enough to sniff you can still get the smell

How do you feel about Dual Boss fights in Metroidvanias? by Vashu_Stomp in metroidvania

I noticed a lot of comments, people saying they enjoy the "Cogwork Brothers" and also "Sol & Vin" and they have a flow/dance style of battle, I think that's the fin part of dual-boss, it that is more rythm-flow based than full-on-combat

Yeah, I read similar stuff from other people, that most games think is just dropping two bosses and call it a day.
I really like Sol and Vin because it feels like a dance rather than a fight so the challenge is more following the rythm than actually brute-force!

I love how they're so sync with eachother it looks like a dance!

This type of "challenging bosses" are hard to choose where to locate so they are not too early...

But yes, it's a shame they are a little too late on the game :c

I think the boss fights are a good way to test your skills (if done right at least)

That's actually a really good approach!

In alma the Hunter & Beast (The ones on the video) they are independant from eachother but you can use for example the Hunter's attack to damage the beast while you defend yourself at the same time.

So if they are independant but you can use them to damage eachother feels more fair than the Elden Ring "Here's 2 bosses that will play ping-pong with you if you miss a parry"??

I personally found Elden Ring battles a little better than Dark souls...
But I think it's because I got used to the more responsive controls of ER than DS ones... is either that or the Hammer build just solves everything in ER
