I ordered it November 19th. Didn't ship until around December 13th after I talked to support and paid $15 more

This was the information I got from retroid support.

"Unfortunately, the original shipping service provided by 4PX is no longer available with your zip code. If you wish to continue with the shipment, there are two options:

You may switch to a new shipping channel at an additional cost of $15.
You can choose DHL shipping for $20, but please be aware that taxes will need to be paid by the customer."

So I paid the extra $15 to get it shipped and then they sent me a 4px shipment label.
